Multiple companies have won bids for State Grid procurement projects

On the evening of December 3rd, several listed companies announced that they had received bid winning notices for State Grid procurement projects.
Sanxing Medical and its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Sanxing Smart Electric Co., Ltd. received bid winning notices from State Grid. The company won bids for A-grade single-phase smart meters, B-grade three-phase smart meters, C-grade three-phase smart meters, high-end smart meters, concentrators and collectors, dedicated line acquisition terminals, and charging equipment, with a total bid winning amount of approximately 230 million yuan. This total bid winning amount accounts for 2.01% of the company's audited total operating revenue for 2023. The fulfillment of the contract will have a positive impact on the company's operations and performance, but will not affect the independence of the company's business and operations.
Linyang Energy also announced that on December 3rd, it received bid winning notices from State Grid and SGCC Materials Co., Ltd. In the State Grid's 81st batch of procurement projects in 2024, the company was the winning bidder for A-grade single-phase smart meters, B-grade three-phase smart meters, C-grade three-phase smart meters, concentrators and collectors, and dedicated line acquisition terminals, winning a total of 9 bid packages with a total amount of approximately 211 million yuan. This total bid winning amount accounts for approximately 3.07% of the company's audited total operating revenue for 2023.
Lihe Micro announced that the company won a bid of 12.24 million yuan in the State Grid's 81st batch of procurement in 2024. In the second round of bidding for distribution network material inventory procurement by SGCC Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. in 2024, the company won a bid of 18.2816 million yuan. The total bid winning amount for the two projects is approximately 30.5216 million yuan, accounting for 5.27% of the company's audited total operating revenue for 2023. Due to the uncertainty of the impact on the current performance in 2024, as the project delivery batches and times are affected by on-site construction progress, the successful implementation of these projects will have a positive impact on the company's performance.
On the evening of December 2nd, Wansheng Smart also disclosed the news of receiving bid winning notices for relevant State Grid projects. The total bid winning amount for the two procurement projects involving State Grid was approximately 234 million yuan, accounting for about 20.90% of the company's audited operating revenue for 2023.
At the same time, Canan Smart disclosed that on December 2nd, it received bid winning notices from State Grid and SGCC Materials Co., Ltd. In the State Grid's 81st batch of procurement projects in 2024, the company was the winning bidder for A-grade single-phase smart meters, B-grade three-phase smart meters, concentrators and collectors, and dedicated line acquisition terminals for this project, winning a total of 7 bid packages with a total bid winning amount of approximately 125 million yuan, accounting for about 13.72% of the company's audited main business revenue for 2023. The delivery time for the winning projects needs to be determined according to the actual contract requirements of the provincial power companies in various regions.
